This residence is Naka Designs, LLC's first foray into the on-going Denver trend of residential renovation and remodeling by way of creating a second story private living level over the base of an existing footprint. An outdated, Spanish Colonial Ranch base was used to produce a rather simple though sophisticated mass and a brightly welcoming home and living arrangement.
